Site
Selection & Acquisition
Our reputation with major shopping centre development companies ensures top quality,
high traffic locations. An extensive list of site requirements must be met before
we will locate. All lease negotiations will be handled through our head office.
Design
& Construction
Our years of experience have assisted us in developing a design, which is both functional
and attractive. We will provide you with a complete package, including working drawings,
colour samples, mechanical and electrical drawings, etc.
Financial
Financial Projections (if permitted by law in your area) - based on a comparison
with presently operating stores and a complete study and analysis of the new location.
Bank Package (if requested) - to assist in providing the necessary information required
by a bank in order to approve a business loan for your company.
Legal
KOYA JAPAN will negotiate the lease and takes the position of "head tenant." Trademarks
have been registered by KOYA JAPAN to ensure that the franchisee has the legal right
to use the Company name, logos, etc. A Franchise Agreement detailing all aspects
of the franchisor/franchisee relationship has been developed to protect both parties.
Menu
All menu items have been thoroughly tested to ensure cost-effectiveness and customer
acceptance. A limited number of menu items ensures ease of operation and greater
cost control. We provide a detailed recipe for each menu item. KOYA JAPAN has developed
standard purchase specifications for each food item to ensure that all outlets are
maintaining the highest quality products. We will assist the franchisee in establishing
menu item prices that are competitive within the specific market area.
Training
KOYA JAPAN can provide its franchisee with training in all aspects of operating
a successful KOYA JAPAN outlet. KOYA JAPAN will train your key personnel in the
cooking procedures prior to the opening of the outlet. A Company employee will be
on site during the first week of business to ensure that your opening is smooth
and successful. A comprehensive Operator's Manual will provide you with all of the
operating information you will need - from store opening to store closing.
Accounting
KOYA JAPAN can train all franchisees in a computerized bookkeeping system; which
will provide you with the financial information you will require and a simple method
of maintaining your records.
National
Buying
KOYA JAPAN has established national buying contracts to enable our franchisees to
take advantage of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price.
New Product
Development
KOYA JAPAN is constantly monitoring new industry trends and attitudes. We are always
